Getting back on track, had two days of great workouts, food doing good too.
It's not easy but I will do it...
this morning I went back and read my motivation messages.
reasons to loose weight..
be healthy
look better
live longer

and this really hit home
I won't let any one or anything get in my way of living a healthy life including myself....
I am worth all the effort I put out....

yep I have the tools to do this now I have to use them....

tracking my food and exercise is a good start

I'm back......


choose to have a healthy day...
