17DD Cycle 1, Day 6

Menu:

B: ff plain greek yogurt w/ ff sf chocolate pudding, apple, 2 HB eggs, lemon water
L: curried chicken salad over lettuce, freeze dried peaches,
D: tilapia (again!) + veggies (I didn't get a chance to eat it yesterday), yogurt
S: Flax meal bread, brazil nuts, veggies

So again I ran into a bit of a problem last night... I had an MRI done (for migraine) in the afternoon and because I am severely claustrophobic they gave me a sedative - which made me REALLY out of it. Came home, laid down, and then apparently got up and ate a piece of pizza + chips! ARGH! I say apparently because I had no real recollection of this until I woke up many hours later (this morning) after a very long rest! Hopefully I will not need to be sedated again in the near future! LOL. Back on track today and feeling much better.

I have to have an unrelated procedure done this afternoon (but luckily no sedative needed!) The only thing with that is that I will have to avoid strenuous exercise for the next week. I will have to ask the doc what strenuous means... Hopefully I can continue with my Jillian DVDs... ???


Exercise today: light elliptical or yoga at least.
