17DD Cycle 1, Day 7

Menu:
B: ff plain greek yogurt with a bit of ff ss vanilla pudding mix, apple, lemon water
L: beanless turkey chili with ff cheddar, strawberries
S: carrots + celery
D: taco salad, greek yogurt

Well after a few days of allowing myself some PMS Exception foods (i.e., extra fruits, a bit of dark chocolate, some nuts), I am feeling better and back to following C1 to a T! I'm really hoping to see results when I weigh in on Tuesday!

Exercise: 1/2 hour walk at lunch. Have to take it easy because of the stitches in my head... doctor's orders!
