All things to all people accept me

My wife needs her husband to provide safety and security, my son needs respect (& money for school), my daughters need daddy time, the business needs its VP of Marketing, my sister needs advice for her divorce, my dad needs some help with his living situation, and my dance instructor needs business advice. Not to mention what is going on with church, friends, my back strain and somewhere down the list is fixing my fitness.

To quote the movie Airplane “it looks like I picked a bad week to stop sniffing glue”. In other words I am struggling with The Spark because I am being maxed out by life. The good news is I am holding steady on weight, but I don’t stand still very well or very long. I will start moving in one direction or another soon.

I am about three weeks from my next patch of down time. I will need to do a better job recharging on the run or beg/borrow/stealing the spark until I can recharge.

Keep charging friend. Sometimes I wish we could "Spark" via voice command (siri anyone) and multi-task. Like if I could double tap the 30 minute slice of my evening for both a walk and tracking my minutes/food/etc. dang. Be true to yourself and it will all work out.

Just think in less then 3 weeks your gonna get a break...then it's time to take a lot of YOU time...lol!! I know how it goes tho...I have 5 kids 4 of which live at home and there is ALWAYS something going on! I just make time...no I take time for me...ever hear the saying if Momma ain't happy no one is...flip it around for yourself...if DADDY ain't happy NO ONE WILL BE EITHER ;)
