Going back to what worked

This morning as I worked out I decided to go back to some of the spark basics. I'm going back to keeping veggies cut up for easy snacks. I'm going to write down a list of at least 3 things I did well for that day.
I'm going to remind what has gone right.
I'm going to keep my focus on the 200+ pounds I have taken off and not the 10 I gained.....It will be 6 years that I found sparkpeople on the 26th......and almost 3 years I have kept 200 pounds off.
I'm also going to try my darnedest to go check out curves and try something different, I need more strength training and doing it at home has not be as good as I would like..
So once again it's about finding what works, then doing it. Making this work for me..This journey is about me, I am going to focus on NO MATTER WHAT, I WILL KEEP ME HEALTHY.....I WILL NOT LET ANYONE OR ANYTHING STAND IN THE WAY OF MY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE....
