A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Yes

C is for CHILDREN...you have? None of my own, but I'm a teacher, so I have 21 kids daily.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? sweets
E is for EXCUSE...what is your most famous? How can we help you overcome it? "I'm too tired" is my most famous excuse. Overcoming it? Just encouragement, I guess.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? I have one cat named Simon.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? A mixture of healthy and not-so-healthy foods
H is for HOME...what state do you call home? I grew up in Alabama, and live in Georgia.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? One of them is the trainer that I used to have.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I'm a teacher.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your focus when short on time? Cardio
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Fitness yes, Nutrition no
M is for MOTIVATION...Which gives you more, Mirror or Scale? The scale is motivating, but I really go more by how my clothes look and fit.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? I love cats, and the 110 is because I had already lost my first 10 pounds when I started SparkPeople.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Not many right now. It's one of my goals to work on increasing that.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? Same answer as the water question!
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? Right now I really like "No matter how slowly you go, you're still lapping everybody on the couch."
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly?
S is for STATUS...Married, Single, Involved, Other? I have been dating the same guy for years.
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Eastern
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? reading
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Oh, it's so hard to choose! One place I'd like to go is the Grand Canyon.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Until recently I was, but I have not been lately.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to get back into a regular routine of exercising, and I want to improve my eating habits. I also want to make friends.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I don't dwell on them very much.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? At the gym my favorite thing is the treadmill. I would love to have one at home if I could afford one.
