Got my lazy body out of bed and walked for 30 minutes...1.45 miles. Determined to lose at least one pound again this week. I know its not earth shattering but at least its steady. I can get way too crazy otherwise and end up quitting because it all becomes too overwhelmingl. Lets face it I am no longer in my twenties...back then I could drop 5 pounds in one week no problem.
I am enjoying the journey.
