Today has been a good day so far. I slept in, went for a c25k run (week 6 day 2) and then went for a short doggie walk. My little granddaughter is spending the afternoon with me, although she is napping now. We're having left overs for dinner, and I've logged all of my food for the day.
I'm very happy with my FitBit so far, and figured out how to link it with Endomondo today. I will have to see how that works tomorrow when I go for my next walk. I do like the FitBit, I like that it shows a pretty flower on the side when you are active :)
Tomorrow will be grocery shopping day, so I'll get my dinner menu planned for the week so I will know what to buy tomorrow! Breakfast and lunches are easy, eggbeater omlet, or oatmeal for breakfast, and salad for lunch. The salads are fun, I put in different things every day, walnuts and berries, feta cheese, chicken, some kind of protein (a lot of times it's left over protein from dinner the night before), a serving of dairy, and then croutons (I love croutons!).
