Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain.

Loved the look back into what God did through Abraham's life. The thought in this devotion is that we will discover that we can.....

*Believe God for the impossible.

*Admit the futility of taking matters into our own hands.

*Believe God still loves us even when we take a temporary detour--if we agree to return to His path.

*Believe God can still call us righteous based on our faith in Him, even if our righeous acts are like filthy rags.

*Believe that God's ultimate blessing follows our obedience.


I can definitely see myself in all of these at one time or another! I hope to live a day of obedience today.
