JEMS - Saturday - Cinco de Mayo!

So since I decided that I would start JEMS again, I haven't posted a single one. LOL! I realized that I was waiting until bedtime and by the then, I'm almost too tired to floss my teeth, let alone sit at this computer and Spark. So I'm just going to do them the next morning. The previous day will still be fresh on my mind and the important thing is that I do it period! So here we go...
J - Saturday was a pretty good day. The weather was gorgeous and I took the boys for a walk to the park and let Travis go down the slide a few hundred times will Justin and I just soaked up the fresh air and sun on a nearby bench. While they napped with DH, I went to the gym and grocery shopping. That was the extent of my day. haha DH was supposed to go to a fight party, but ended up staying home with me and we watched Scandal that we record. I feel pretty good about my food choices and exercises.
E - 45 minutes of Zumba with my favorite instructor. Fun fun fun! I hadn't been to his class in a while, so it felt good to be back.
M - I had a pancake for breakfast, which was probably the worst part of the day. Lunch was a Subway sandwich and dinner was chicken breast and a salad. I think I only had 6 glasses of water, so I still need to improve on that.
S - I stayed in my calorie range! I came up with my range by adding 300 calories to the low end and the high end, so 1500 - 1850. It's clear that the mindless snacking is what puts me over. I want more food days like this!
