May 7 Day 6

So as I start my day 6 it is a dreary rainy day I am finding it hard to get motivated today!

I have been staying at or below calorie range.
I have been doing my cardio ( I took Sunday off)
I have been keeping my gratitude journal, Meditation and prayer time!! ( It helps keep me mentally focused!)
I have been trying to check in with at least 2 spark friends and track food and exercise Daily!! I am fighting to keep motivated and moving forward!! I do not want any more backward movement in my journey!!
Well now it is time to run upstairs and do my first weigh in of my new start............ OK so that was a bit of a downer I was hoping for more, Sniff, but I did lose! Yes I am happy to be down 2 pounds.
Baby-steps are good. .... I guess emoticon

I need to stay focused on the movement and staying true to my process and accountable!! That is why I am here! Make the best of my second chance at this.
