Day ONE of INTENTIONAL SUCCESS:

Today was DAY ONE of me tracking my food and intentionally being mindful of my input/output. Of course I went over in every category (calories, fat, sugar, etc.) BUT I'm mindful of it and I got it on paper. OUCH (Postive S/N..I turned down the BBQ sandwich, chips, and cake they gave us for Teacher Appreciation week...well the cake is still here but I aint ate it yet..LOL)

    It curbs the sugar craving according to Dr. Oz. And it works!
