In Need of a Will Power Boost!

I'm doing good on my initial goal of logging into spark people everyday. For the most part I've done a couple extras like log food or read articles, but logging in is my main goal. I'm glad I started with that as a basic because I'm finding my will power has a very short fuse!! Today I was wandering around the kitchen with a chocolate craving. There are 2 chocolate bars in the fridge Grandma gave to the girls at Valentines Day and I'm so tempted to eat one, lol. Good thing I keep reminding myself they are for the kids and someday I'll actually give them to them. We don't keep a lot of junk food in the house and the girls rarely eat candy, so candy gifts tend to stick around haunting the kitchen for awhile.
Anyway, eating healthier and exercising regularly are both routines I need to get into and it's going to be tough. I'm working on the procrastination bug as well as the motivation bug now. I find that I have every intention of doing these things, but my "eh, I'll do it later" jumps in and then nothing gets done. With as busy as I've been it's become the norm to go for conveinience over health and I really want to change that. Soon I'll be making additional changes, but for now I'll stick to logging in and just being aware of what I'm doing, or not doing. This past week I have become very aware of my bad habits, so I can get a feel for which one will be the next one to change. I'm pretty sure it's going to be water intake.
Today I was good and had lunch with a friend. We went out to eat and I had Iced tea instead of soda...it's one step and one decision. Just gotta keep making them!
