A few weeks ago I went to the doctor and found out that I am pre-diabetic. I was completely overwhelmed. I know that if I can lose a great deal of weight I will likely get out of the pre-diabetes range, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I have a one-year-old who has been going through a really clingy phase, but I want to try and see if I can start going to the gym while they watch him. I am not sure if it will work though. I also have no idea what to eat every day. I have so little time to cook, so I want a REALLY simple food plan that works. Any suggestions or ideas would be amazing.
