Update

Changing the family meeting from tomorrow to today. I think Saturday will be better for me so I can start implementing changes on Sunday when hubs is still here to help manage the kids. My goal on water is slowly coming into fruition. Although I said I wasn't going to use a water bottle, I found one at Target that addressed all of my concerns. It is now my home water bottle (not to be confused with my exercise water bottle). Here is my new Aladdin water bottle tinyurl.com/bnhct

I wouldn't say that I've increased my water intake, but I have increased my fluid intake, adding water, juice, coffee and tea. Not everything that goes into my mouth is healthy right now, but I'm slowly getting there! Making small changes every day!

That's it for now, time to get prepped for the family meeting and make dinner (just looked at the time! Better get cracking!)

    You sound like you're in the same water intake place I am! I'm dropping soda (not necessarily caffeine) and I'm finding the increased water intake is helping me sleep better and stay awake during the day more...not to mention putting me in a better mood during the day. I can't do a cup with a lid because my kids and dog are quite energetic and clutzy...that combination is disastrous for fluids, so to have the water bottle I found is perfect for my lifestyle!

    the water bottle looks AWESOME!!! I use a 34 oz cup with a lid and that's helping me increase my water intake. I'm working on dropping caffeine (AGAIN) and increasing water bc I've been too dehydrated for too long.
