I have to eat how much food????

Seriously, how much food does Spark expect me to eat? I'm on the meal plan trying to devour my lunch and I'm barley though half of it and I'm stuffed! I think I'm going to carry the rest of this over into another mid day small meal to finish! Here is my lunch:
This is the equivalent in calories to a McDonalds Premium Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich and it has about half the fat. Just so you know, that is one of those oversized dinner plates and the bowl holds a little more than 2 cups. I could finish one of those McDonald's sandwiches in 2 min flat and still have room for more! Loving the amount of healthy food I need to eat just to reach the minimum calories I need for the day. It takes a little extra work, but right now I have 3 more servings of Asian Chicken Salad I can eat for the next few days, or it can be a healthy dish to send in my husband's lunch box tomorrow. Totally worth it!
