Goal Setting (5-23-2012)

Here is my Goals:

6 months: Lose 60lbs (average of 2.5lbs a week for 26 weeks)

Monthly goal: 10lbs lost

week 1 goal: Will be different every week:
*This week try to stay within my calories (1500-2000)
*Move as much as possible try to burn 650 calories everyday (at least 4500 in a week)
*cut down on soda
*drink more water
*get out of the house more
* lose @ least 2.5pounds (dont get pissed if I dont :0) )

There it is....will make blogs of different weekly goals.
