Week 1: Redo! 5/29/12

I havent even tried to change yet so Im not considering it a failure. So this IS my new Week 1 Goals:

Week 1:

Walk 10min every day

Drink MORE water

Eat within my calories 1500-2000

lose at least 2.5 lbs by 6/6/12

    when i started my journey to fitness, it was hard to get up every day and be fit. hard to get up every day and eat with in my calories. hard to get up every day and make the decision to measure my food. put on the running shoes. ride the bike. exercise to the stupid videos.
    The things that finally got me going, C25K and KNOWING that i was worth the effort to be fit and fabulous. knowing that if i continued with the old way of things that i would die and early death from drowning in self pity and food.
    i only wish i had someone back when i was 36 kick my butt and drill this information into my head and shove it down my throat so that i would not have spent the past 15+ years being unhealthy and then working my buns off to get rid of that old miserable self.

    so yes, tomorrow is June 1st. let that be a start to a new and healthy YOU! do it for YOU because YOU ARE WORTH THE EFFORT AND THE INVESTMENT OF TIME. get up in the morning, look yourself in the eye and tell yourself that you ARE BEAUTIFUL and WORTH IT! then go kick some butt! emoticon
