Breakfast: Same exact as yesterday(I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast everyday-makes life much more simple) Scrambled egg with turkey bacon on toast with nonfat cherry yogurt
Total calories: 317

Lunch: Blackened tilapia and Kraft ranch bacon pasta salad(So not good for me and I originally planned on a tossed salad, but I made this for my husband and I was eating it before I knew what was going on)
Total calories: 500

Snack: apple, string cheese, ritz crackers
Total calories:223

Dinner: protein smoothie(1cup frozen berries, 1 cup fat free milk, 1 scoop protein powder)
Not a normal dinner for me, but I didn't feel well after my lunch, so this was exactly what I needed.
Total calories:306

Total calories for the day: 1345
