Breakfast: Same-egg/bacon sandwich with a nonfat(peach) yogurt
Total calories:317

Lunch: I did my turkey burger salad again today
Total calories:273

Snack: Apple with peanut butter, string cheese, Kellog's fiber plus bar
Total calories: 443

Dinner: Turkey chilli with a piece of buttered bread
Total calories: 391

I love turkey chilli and I most of all love that I have so much leftover I have a few days of lunch out of it.

Total calories: 1423

I keep forgetting to mention my beverages. Water. Lots of it emoticon
