Still off track but determined to keep moving ahead.

I still did bad with calories and water yesterday. I found out this morning that I should be drinking 10 cups of water not 8 for my weight.
I went to the store last night and stocked up on water bottles and fruit/veggies- I am going to try and stay on track today by putting in food on my log that I will eat today rather than as I eat. I am hoping that will help.
I found a message board today too that I like- Daily three things- 1. One thing I messed up on, 2. One thing I did great, 3. One thing I feel great about.
I think this is a great idea.
Even though I have been going over on my calories, I have been doing a lot of streneous activity- Just walking around everywhere here in the park I think helps. The boatwork definitely helps. Maybe my body is telling me I need more calories? (ya right)- But I am not going to worry TOO much because I am doing okay. I didn't make my 162 goal for the end of the month but I am hanging in there and feeling good about things. And who knows, I still have another day :)
I have to go to the store again today to stock up more on healthy foods. Yesterday Brett went with me so I rushed around. Tomorrow I work for 4 days in a row and won't have time to do anything since we no longer have a vehicle to run around at lunch or after work. I am going to peruze every aisle and look at new foods.
