I used to hate eggs. I only bought them if I needed to make deviled eggs or a cake. I read an article when I first started SP that said people who ate eggs with their breakfast everyday generally lost more weight overall. I figured I'd give it a try. Now that I have learned how to cook good eggs, I can't live without them. If I had my own chicken, I would eat eggs all day long.
