Of course it was a full moon yesterday.

I knew something was off. I had such a great day yesterday. I had boundless energy(rarely happens), I cleaned my whole house(sometimes happens), and I had no appetite(NEVER happens). It was just a weird day. I felt fantastic, though. I even squeezed in some TurboJam last night and it was the strongest I have ever felt during a workout. I was so pumped afterwards I couldn't sleep! I'm usually exhausted after I workout so I do it at night so I sleep better. I finally know what everyone is talking about when they feel so good after working out! I want to feel like that everyday!! I'm going to keep myself as busy as possible again today to see if I can mimic the results.

Anyone else watch Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition last night? I love that show and I'm so happy that it's back on. It's so nice to see a weight loss show that actually focuses on the weight loss and not on a bunch of contestants that are butthurt over eliminated people getting the chance to come back(ahem-Biggest Loser-ahem). Plus, it doesn't hurt that they have Chris Powell as the trainer on the show. I would be so skinny if he were my trainer because I would do ANYTHING that man ever told me to do. Just saying. He is a beautiful soul.

Happy Monday, everyone!! Start the week off great!

lol! I haven't seen it lately. I'll have to check it out. I did like it though when I watched it awhile back. I would love for them to come in and give a room a gym makeover. Sigh.. :)

I haven't had a lot of TV time, which is actually a good thing, but I agree, Chris Powell would be motivate me to move. Have a great week! emoticon

I don't think it's his soul I would be focused on if he was my trainer!
