I have fifteen pounds to drop before I reach my goal weight. I can do it! Tell yourself something positive for 15 minutes.
Spend 15 minutes doing something for you each day.
Disconnect from technology for 15 minutes.
Stretch for 15 minutes a day.
Simple number 15. A task for me to master. Hopefully I can take control and win. My weight seems to be one of the few things I can control right now. Wish me luck.
