Next Challenge

I finished the Healthy Family Makeover Challenge, now I want to start the Spark 28-day bootcamp. I'm a bit leery about this because I haven't exercised on my knee in a little over 3 weeks and I'm scared I'll hurt it again. So, I'll do the first video, then stop if it hurts, and if it hurts in my knee tomorrow, I'll call the Dr and see what he says. I'm worried that my fear of hurting my knee is going to make me favor it or not do the intensity I need, but I guess I'd rather be slightly active then not active at all! Wish me luck on this new challenge!

    I'm doing the 28 day challenge, yes just modify things if you need to do it.
