On Friday June 1, I had carpel tunnel surgery on the right hand.
The surgery was quick and went very well.
I was in at 8:30 , released at 11:00.
Spent the weekend recovering at my BF's.
Am able to do almost everything I normaly do. What I miss is going to the gym, doing my workouts. I have been walking, doing my daily pilates and Zumba to keep me active.
If I am not doing some form of exercise I feel like a slug. Can almost feel the pounds creep back on.
Titan and I have been getting in some great walks. Increased our time for a mile.
My little guy has little short legs but he can really move for a small dog.
Friday is my youngest grandson's high school graduation. It's going to be outside, like South Salem's always is. But rain is forecast, so I am praying that the weather people are wrong.
The last time I was at a grandsons graduation it was 2010, I was 275 pounds. I could barely pull myself up the stairs into the bleacher seats. This year I can run up the stairs. I just might do that. Smile!!
I want to thank all my friends who sent me good well wishes, they worked, I am having a wonderful recovery.
Thought for today."I am grateful for the healing powers I receive from those who love me. With them, I'm equal to any task I choose to undertake."
Take care, stay positive.
Peace and Love,
Tisha
