Small steps and small victories

I have managed to get back on track, doing the best I can. I have decided that the most i can eat in a day is 2000 cals This may seem a lot but it is the daily recommended allowence for a "Normal" person so as there are 2 of us in this body that should still be ok. (the two being the slim me, and the greedy me, the slim me weighs 123 lb and the fat me weighs around 213lb) Our Joint name is Janey, Jane being the slim me and the fat me is Y, Y because I eat too much, Y because I have limited self control, Y because I am lazy, And Y becasue I am! In this war Jane will win and Y will disapear for good!

It is just gonna take some time to get rid of Y.
