Great Weekend

Did super awesome this weekend with my food intake! We went camping and usually I don't know when to stop eating. But this weekend I was able to control my intake. I had a small breakfast and lunch. Dinner was good too! I made sure to only eat one hamburger and have one cob of corn. I also felt full after eating. I also took it pretty easy on the beer too!
