JEMS - Sunday and Reflections

J - So like so many other areas in my life, I fell off my daily JEMS posting. And now that there are only 4 weeks of the BLC left, I plan to go out with a bang! What does that mean for a pregnant woman who is NOT trying to lose a bunch of weight? It means finally getting my act together and get these healthy habits in order. My goal list really is sooo simple when you look at it - the one I posted on 4/30. I guess the consistency is the hard part. I know I also need to pick it up where my Spark team posting and challenges is concerned as well. But I think if I start with my goals, those will follow because I love the chatter, activity and support that my team provides.
So over the next 4 weeks, I WILL set my alarm clock for 4:45 (YIKES! ), which means the tv goes OFF at 9:45pm. My body will get used to it, I just need to start making that time. During this early morning period, I will make sure I get in at least 30 minutes of exercise, do my yoga/meditating and planning out my meals via the Spark tracker. I will find 10 minutes during my work day to Spark and keep in touch with my Pixies, or post my daily JEMS. I am more motivated to post and blog when I've done good things and stay on track!
E - none yesterday. I had a horrible headache that is still here today. I hope to be able to complete Manic Monday tonight though. Maybe go to Zumba class?
M - I didn't track my calories at all, but I did make sure I got in my red, yellow and green freggies for the challenge. I didn't drink enough water either. Boo.
S - Earning 10 points for the challenge!
