Great day outside..and in!!

The Lord has blessed us with another safe and secure night. Waking this morning to a beautiful sun rise and fresh air.
Now to get out biking and smelling the fresh air.
Today will be a challenge. I haven't ate right the last few days..not that I have gone over 1200 calories..but that I haven't ate the right foods.
Today I have to get back to tracking and stick to what I have tracked.
I love my morning consistant meal of chopped raw apple on a bed of flaxmeal and oatmeal..sprinkled with cinnamon and stevia..sometimes adding 1 T. of coconut oil. Yumm!!

    That sounds so good! Might have to try it. I usually have some greek yogurt and blueberries (or other berries) upon waking. Then after I exercise I have "breakfast". Scrambled eggs (organic) and some mild salsa with a bowl of berries. Breakfast is some days so late that it is more like lunch, so then I will have a healthy snack later in the day for my lunch. With my husbands crazy work schedule, dinner can be pretty late some evenings. I love using coconut oil as well. I put a bit in the pan before I scramble my eggs. It is also great to use with sweet potatoes or yams.
