BLC-19 - MY GOALS

this week’s challenge asks us to look back to see if our goals are unreasonable. i don’t believe so. my goals are simple: eat more healthy and reach my wt goal of 98 lbs. that is a possible and reasonable wt goal.
we’re to write a blog to update our goals with at least 2 NSV (non scale victories).
i know i won’t achieve one goal of tucking my blouse in. to do that I need to have a skinner stomach.
1.) fit into all my size 9/10 jeans comfortably
2.) eat at least two freggie a day. I rarely eat freggies unless challenged.
3.) be able to do arm exercises comfortably/up leg exercises
