For my son

Today I came to realize that my oldest son is now in his second day of basic training for the Army National Guard. I know he is doing a lot of physical exercise while he is in his training. I decided that starting this week I am going to put forth a better effort to start exercising everyday. I am going to challenge myself on the 5K your way. Tomorrow will be my first morning training. i will attempt to walk for 4 minutes and jog for 1. Wish me luck.
