I can't believe it has been since November since I posted something. I always think about it and that is as far as I get. I had an interesting thought bubble which really made a dent in my brain. Someone mentioned "commit" to the process rather than just thinking about doing it. It was one of those rare moments, although I have heard this time over time, that it really struck me. I am rethinking and redoing and getting into a walking mind each day and I am eating better. So I am off on a lose 10 lbs for the month challenge and I will see I I can accomplish part or all of this challenge. Commit, I like it.
