Walk on treadmill 10 min per day 5 days per week
Walk outside in sun for 10 min per day 5 days per week
Strength training: bs/u 20, wp/u 10, h/s lifts 20

Calories: 1500 per day

Breakfast is planned for today, will work on the rest when I get up!
