ROCK IT! Week one plan

I have decided that I am going to start Ripped in 30(jillian Michaels) on Monday. I will do the Ripped in 30 four days a week(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and I will also be running a minimum of 2 miles, 3 days a week.

My main goal for Rock It is to complete a program. My plan is to do Ripped in 30(a 4 week challenge) and then Body Revolution(also Jillian Michaels) for the remaining 12 weeks. I've started so many programs, but have yet to finish one. These 16 weeks will be dedicated to finishing what I start.

My husband has said he'll do a mud run with me in October, and I found a half marathon I want to run in November. Everything I do in these 16 weeks will strengthen me for these goals.

This is going to be a great challenge!! Rock It out Bahama Mamas!!! emoticon emoticon
