Happy July 4th to all!

It's July 4th--the glorious 4th--as my Mom used to say---
It must be a great holiday in the US----parades--fireworks--cele
brations of their countries Birthday-
I live so close to the northern border of the US-pretty much all that separates us is Lake Huron---
We love going to the States (as we call it)---better highways----groceries are cheaper (they used to be a lot cheaper)---no blackflies----fudge----(funny how I think of food!)---fun restaurants---Florida at the other end of highway #75---Canadians travel to the U.S. a lot--They all return though for our health care--LOL---
So, I wish you all a great big party day--hope y'all celebrate your countrie's Birthday proudly--I know you will!--
Here it is another very hot day-the Dreadmill is calling and right now a gal must get on with the day---Spark is foremost in my mind here-----count calories-cook fresh veggies -and be healthy-
