stupid shoulder said the hand

had my doc appt today, wants me to work more on the thumb and massage the scar tissue.

as far as the pain in my shoulder, which i thought was stiff from not using my, turns out after x-rays... a bone spur. he said to do the pullies exercise and hopefuly no surgery later. {{fingers crossed}} i go back in 7 weeks.

dh called eye doctor and made appt. went to pharmacy for drops asked pharmist about his eye and looks like pink eye.
