Day 4 and 5 to Wedding Fit!

Day 4: (July 5)

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter

Lunch: turkey sandwich, laughing cow cheese, lettuce, Ezekial bread

Snack: yogurt with granola

Dinner: Subway salad, homemade frozen banana soft-serve

Exercise: Tone It Up video, arms (20 mins) 20 min walk with the dog

Day 5: (July 6)

Breakfast: oatmeal, mocha coffee

Snack: ricecakes

Lunch: turkey sandwich, laughing cow cheese, lettuce, Ezekial bread

Snack: chocolate chip muffin

Dinner: Panera chopped cobb salad, bread stick

After dinner: 1 beer, 1/2 malibu & selzter, 1 s'more (at friends campfire!)

Exercise: 20 min walk with the dog
