Today I hit 220.8. DH asked me how long it had been since I was that low. I thought sometime last year but when I looked it was December 2010! I've lost 16.2 pounds so far. My current goal is to hit 199 by my 25th anniversary on September 12. I see the nutritionist again this week and can't wait to hear her recommendations and what changes - if any - she'll make to my eating.
