Ate those 2 blueberry Pancakes and lost a pound

Just letting you all know that I did not gain at all from the coconut flour pancakes. As I said, I didn't use syrup, I merely smashed some berries after heating in the microwave and sprinkled a tbls of powdered sugar on them. As a side note, I lost another pound today. Which has to be water weight or something, but still I'll take it!!!! I've been under the weather somewhat, but eating. Other than housework I've not burned calories from exercise. I am definitely gonna make the pumpkin muffins. The key must be that you eat right, which means don't eat the whole batch of pancakes or muffins haha.
