WooWoo!--Weight is 201.5----lost .5 of a pound !
Now what did I do differently yesterday??--

I went on the Dreadmill--for 30 min--
I walked the Germans--
I did NOT eat after supper-
We had salmon for supper--watermelon for desert--

To-day I Will repeat all that--and the day has begun here----
So--Let's get moving!!!
