First Week

I'm well into my first week of the Visalus challenge and have had a down but mostly ups. I still have to figure out a good way to beat the hunger for good. For now, I am using pumpkin in my morning shakes. It seems to work good and only adds 40 calories. Now for the goods. I have a lot more energy and went out and bought myself a new bike this weekend. It's awesome because it's like the one I had when I was a kid. It's single speed and you pedal back to brake. I never got the hang of speeds and handle brakes. I brought it home Saturday evening and went on 4 rides by Sunday night. Needless to say, I'm a little sore. Today, I'm planning on working out with Eric so we will see how that goes. I might sneak a bike ride in when I get home. All in all, I'm pumped about this challenge and looking forward to see where it takes me.

    Hey there stranger....I just got back and signed in to SparkPeople and saw you had a blog post! That was a welcome back for me. Good for you getting your bike!! Keep at it! I have also heard a lot about the visales challenge. I have a friend that is a distributor and also my cousin's son just started distributing too. They both swear by it. Keep up the good work and I will send you a personal message when I get on my laptop...later
