I have spent the last two weeks sick and it has taken a poll on my journey to a better me. I plan on doing cardio and strength training 5 days a week. I hoping to start training for half marathon and find one to run in after the first of the year. I need to develop better eating habits. Since I have been sick the only thing that has tasted good is Doctor Pepper. I tried to limit to one a day but some days it was hard. I plan to limit my sodas for the next few weeks then cut them out completely.
There is a group of us that is in a weight loss contest to see who can lose the most body fat before Thanksgiving. The pot is $240. Its a great motivation to get back on track and become a better me.
