Why I exercise in the morning.

I did my regular housework, then before showering etc, I did 45 min on the elliptical. It felt good to be well enough to work out btw. Then I showered, and the phone rang. My friend, and hairdresser of many years, needed my help. Her regular person was ill and going to the hospital. I am sooooo glad I exercised first thing, BEFORE the unexpected came up. For me, it just seems to work out better to exercise in the fairly early morning. Almost every time I put it off to the afternoon, something comes up. I wonder how many of you have come to this conclusion too.

    WTG with exercising first thing. I'd like to do that as well. I usually end up exercising in the evenings. emoticon

    Too right. If I don't get going in the morning,as well as the unexpected happening, my determination weakens as the day goes on and I just don't get round to it! I try to not think about it too much - it's best if I just get up, dress and set off before I have time to put myself off.

    I usually do in the morning when it is a little cooler. During the day I'll do my floor and chair exercises. But I try to get everything done by 11AM.
