Second Week

It's week 2 and my muscle is building. I can tell when I do not have both shakes because my energy goes back down to where it was before. I'm still dealing with figuring out my hunger issues at times, but I think I made a mental breakthrough with an eating pattern. When I shovel it in mindlessly while I'm doing other stuff, I usually over eat and regret it later. Now comes the hard part. Stopping myself from doing that. This weekend, I did not succeed, but I can only go forward from here. I'm still really enjoying my new bike and even bought a bike computer so I can tell my speed and distance better. I worked out with Eric again yesterday and am heading to Karate tonight. Here's to another great week!
