Any ideas as to how to get past a brick wall?

Hey all.
I have been dieting and losoing a bit of weight but it seems I hit this brick wall. I exercise daily and walk alot! I even eat much better but it seems as if well.. Maybe my body go used to this and now I need to change it up again. DOes that sound right or should I try something different? ANy Ideas?

    I have been working with a group of doctors that do the baratric surgeries and they tell me that diets can be a down fall for a lot of people because they are just like a yo-yo and the people that create them know that and they want people to try them and then think they need something else that way they seem like they fail and you think you fail and gain back some if not all the weight you have lost. Once you are on a diet you have to stay on it forever for it to work. Just like with myself I am going to have surgery done in the next month or so to give me that extra tool to help me keep off the pounds. It is drastic but I have to do something becasue my doctors say I may not live past 40 and that don't give me a lot of time. You can find me under happy1999 I hope we can chat more.
