Still here and AT MY GOAL WEIGHT!

I'm just checking in so you won't think I checked out! I hate to celebrate too much (how much is too much?) cause I don't want to jinx things. I'm finally at my goal weight and have been steady for 3 weeks. I've been working a plan with W8 Watchers and am enjoying going to the meetings and being with other people. I finally lost that last 20 pounds.
I've been covering days for a co-worker and doing my own schedule as well so I'm getting a little frazzled. Glad to be back to my regular schedule starting this week.
So this is going to be the new normal. And I need to keep putting one foot in front of the other while taking care of myself.
My husband had a "mild" heart attack (what the h _ _ _ does that mean anyway?) at the beginning of May. No bypass, just a stent.
So things are moving along. Best of luck to everyone, everyday.
