Day 28 I kept on: 730 to 30

730 Days ‘Til 30…A countdown to lose 230 lbs over the next two years to achieve my goal weight before I turn 30.

Today was a better day. I walked my daughter to school, I tracked all my calories, I stayed awake, I drank water...was not very productive otherwise, but baby steps, right?

Tomorrow I am facing my anxiety head on by going to a friend from church's house for dinner. I've never been to this person's house and I get very anxious in new situations, even with people I already know. She is so very nice and so much of me is saying it's going to be awesome, but my anxiety is popping up and making me freak out about it. Debating whether to take an antianxiety med before I go or not...planning to gauge how I'm feeling 30 minutes before we go tomorrow. They work within five minutes, so I'm hoping it will be good!

Goals for tomorrow:
Maintain streaks
Eat breakfast by 9 am
Read my Bible

Streaks
Drink 8 cups of water: 1 days
Stay awake all day: 1 days
Exercise 10+ min: 1 days

Starting Weight: 360 lbs.
Goal by 12-21-12: 299
Goal by 7-3-14: 130
