730 Days ‘Til 30…A countdown to lose 230 lbs over the next two years to achieve my goal weight before I turn 30.

Today was a pretty good day. I worked really hard and managed to stay awake all day. I tracked my food so I’m aware of just how much food I’m putting into my body. Not only did I track my food again today, but I decreased calories and fat from the day before and increased fiber. I walked 1& 2/3 miles today, including a full mile’s walk. I drank plenty of water and I ate a healthy breakfast before 9 am. The only goal I didn’t manage to meet was reading my Bible, which will be my top goal tomorrow.

I also stepped out of my comfort zone by going to a friend’s house for dinner and we had an awesome time. I’ve never had such a good friend before; she and her whole family are so sweet and just good people. I’m so glad to know her and it’s a boost to my self esteem to have a good friend in my life again. I’ve been restricted to work, church and family functions for a few years and I’m glad my social life is beginning to include friends as well again. I’ve missed having my own friends. I’m working hard to keep my anxiety at bay so I can develop more friendships and deeper friendships.
