Day 8 ~ Protein

Looking over my daily food logs I always fall short on my protein intake... Not the biggest surprise ever because I dont eat beef, pork, and I hardly ear chicken. So I decided to day to add more protein to my diet. For breakfast i had two egg white and two turkey sausage links and for snack a special K protein Bar... =) Well on my way. Everyday getting closer to my goal.... Hope you all are too emoticon
